What a transformation! This duplex went from “bland to grand!” Since purchase the current owner has done an extensive list of updates… that include: new windows, exterior doors, new vinyl siding on the house and garage, rebuilt the exterior stairs to the upper level, adjusted the entry doors on the back of the property for more private access and logical “flow.” In addition, the main floor bathroom and kitchen were remodeled, and a laundry room was added. The upstairs unit received updated flooring, the bathroom vanity was updated, and it too received its own laundry service. The entire property was painted throughout, and asbestos was professionally removed from the basement.
