The property does not meet Goodhue County’s requirements for building a home on the property. However, you can get a permit to build a shed. The property is nearly all timber, except for some open area in the NW corner where you can put in a food plot if desired. I get calls for small parcels like this often. They are hard to come by, so act fast as I don’t expect this one to last long.
