This property has a great mix of high and low ground. The property has lots of deer sign. The deer had well used trails in several areas but they also liked hugging the "edges" of a couple of the low ground areas. I was also able to flush a couple grouse on these edges while checking out the property. A new owner could easily cut some trails in and make a couple openings in the aspen areas and put clover in to create some good areas for the deer to feed in and trails for them to follow. The property has great access from either Birch Rd on the south or Kenedy Rd on the west. There is a couple nice areas along the west and nw parts of the property that could be potentail building sites. This property is in an excellent location being about a mile off of HWY 53 giving privacy yet being a short 28 miles to Cloquet or 33 miles to Duluth. The area also has tons of public lands to discover and roam around on as well as some great fishing lakes. Great place to hunt, build, camp or glamp!
